sometimes when the save file size reaches a certain size it can cause the console to freeze. BUT are you 100% sure its actually froze ? sometimes it just takes a while to Load.

Yes even if I just hover over the save it will freeze the console and I have to reboot it in order to do anything

Try rehashing and resigning again, had that happen for me once and when I did that it worked.

I tried that and it didnt work but This time I went back and redownloaded it removed the first download and rehashed now it works fine but now there are no mods? Edited: I put in the wrong save went back and tried to rehash the modded save and still save thing the console freezes just from hovering over the save before you load it

Just a heads up, from all I've heard God Mode does not transfer to the consoles from PC modding.

If it doesn't transfer, well no worries. I have 200k, plus several sets of Daedric and Dragon. I just need the Stones of Barenziah and Skeleton Key for the Thieves Guild. I am having trouble finding the stones around the map and I have to return the Skeleton Key to finish the quest, so I want several of them.

There is a list of the stone locations on the UESP website, its very helpful if you need some but you have to be able to remember which ones you have gotten already.
