looks like you have a virus , i had something similar on my desktop , i ended up getting a new lap top

i think that that is the virus i had i just wiped my hdd:/

Does anyone know any idea what this is and how i can fix this?
I cant even get on the settings or control panel or nothing am not really good with laptops/computers but if any of you guys have a tutorial on how to fix this or know how to fix this can you please tell me, i will rep quite a bit!

This happened to my laptop too. A system file was deleted most likely by a virus. You dont need to buy a new laptop, just reinstall windows.

You have BSOD. When I had it I completely wiped my hard drive (DBAN google it) and reinstalled windows, if still no luck it's hardware related probably a bad HDD

the rest of the error code after the ox8e tells you what the exact issue is....you can check the dump log but most likely you just need to rebuild your boot files for windows either with windows recovery or from a live boot usb/dvd recovery tool kit.
