Been with at&t for more than 10 years now. Never late on a payment so when I used to have 300 mb of data per month, and i went over it by 2 gigs on accident, and had 200$ to spend in fees, i called them. They got rid of everything, and offered me 3 gigs of data each month for 20 dollars more. great deal, great company if you are a loyal customer. I think that goes to say with almost all companies honestly. They value their customers, especially if you are loyal.

I'm grandfathered into their unlimited everything plan. All companies are starting to cancel all their unlimited plan or make them super expensive. I'm lucky.
