So not sure how , but it just fell like 2 feet off my couch and im not sure if that was it or not but the last time i saw it it wasnt like that.. anyways their is some guy like 1 hour away from where i live that will fix it for $20 , but i was wondering if its very hard to replace it yourself with a kit from amazon/ebay... has anyone done it before ? is it hard or just does it take time?
( The funny thing is ive had it for over a year and havent had 1 tiny scratch on the screen... and then this happens.... it cracked on the entire top half...)

It is really easy
If you cracked the screen, you will probably pay more than $20 for parts alone, so the $20 is a little odd
If you decide to go the DIY route, then I recommend this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
but scroll down and buy it with the adhesive strips and tools, only $24 together
It takes like 15 minutes to change it yourself, and then it will be good as new

it is simple if you know what you are doing, just make sure not to bend the static cable or any cables.
