jailbreaking is not illegal. if you followed the trial of the creator of cydia it was made clear it is not it only voids the warranty. Jailbreak devs are working on a new jailbreak so dont worry

No, it is NOT illegal for the IPAD. But we do know if its not jailbreak able the next update will be

okay its illegal. to jailbreak an ipad is a persons choice it is not like the goverment is going to bust down your door. just dont take it to the apple store like any other device, there is no need to make a big case out of it its a choice
