Hey guys idk if this is the right section for this but I have been having some internet problems lately and these are the symptoms of the problem:
1) It works really good sometimes and then other times it is bad and my games go laggy
2) It does it on all devices or computers or xbox so it isnt a virus
3) My ISP said it is a server overload and that they will install a new server that was 3 months ago and I am wondering if this is just an excuse to keep me happy.
4) Is there anything I can do to fix the problem my self or atleast help it?
Thanks in advance

Honestly is does sound like its your ISP provider because if its happening to all (xbox, Pc, etc.)and if you try a different router/modem and it still happens then yes its your ISP

If it is indeed a problem on your ISP provider's side, there is nothing you can do other than change ISP.
