It's quite bad, for example:

- Despite what the description says, the graphics card isn't brand new.
- It uses an old sata 2 hard drive.
- DDR2 Ram

Tell us your budget and currency, you're best option is to build your own computer. You will get a lot of help here.

There's no performance difference between a SATA II and SATA III mechanical hard drive like this. These drives can't even come close to maxing out SATA II bandwidth,.

OP, it's a seller who has a way of getting a hold of decommissioned business machines to sell for ridiculous profits. Don't buy this.

Technically the graphics card might be brand new, not brand new to the market, but brand new out the box lol.

What are you going to use the computer for? because you could make some changes to make it run faster.
