So I go to turn on my jtag and it starts to turn on but it doesnt go into the booing sequence. It looks like its thinking about doing it but it doesn't. I turn it off unplug it and then try again and it works fine after a couple of attempts. Any idea on why this is happening and how I can fix ?

Well is it a retail or jtag? Because if its a jtag or RGH it might jut be a glitch and you will need to turn it on another way!

Looks like you have a shortage/power supply problem, I may be wrong though. The secondary error code could be E01 --> 0001.

Yes that is wrong. 0001 would give the 3 rrod. That looks like a bad flash or the gpu is failing

You can install a ROL with error leds - When it doesnt boot it likely is rrod you can check the code if the stock board is connected.
A possible fix would be rebuilding a AUD_Clamp nand and also rewiring it to that, Use Fresh Clean SMC.bin aswell if you can.
