Lol are you high in the year 9999 they will play games in their head.

Even if an Xbox managed to achieve a year that far and still be playable, it would serve no purpose because the Xbox Live 360 servers will realistically be shut down in less than ten years from now. Just like the Xbox 1 servers lasted about 10 years.

They probably wont lift the bans because
#1. your running unsigned code and getting free games.
#2. your hacking or cheating in a game.
#3. they want you personaly to spend more money on their product.

PS: Almost every hacker will have moved on to the next console so they'll be focusing on the new xbox's problems making the old xbox more prone to hacking and becoming the all around ps3 but not free
