I'm just guessing but I think you mean eoc rs what I would recommend is look in g.e to find values of items using them skills and do which ever sells for most

For fletching, you can fletch Maple Shield bow (u)s to double your money, spend 500k on maple logs, sell the bows for 1m, 500k profit, BUT this is time consuming, you can usually fletch around 1k per hour.

I would recommend slayer even though your level may be low it's a great way to get combat stats up and also quite good cash as well. If you don't want to do that then cut magics pretty relaxed way of money making you afk and watch tv and video's I would at least get 90+first cut ivy to 90.
