Ok maybe some people are getting mixed up.

Having KIDS at young ages is absolutely ridiculous, having sex isn't as bad. Ok sure, they should wait until they're at least mature enough, but if they're using protection, what's the harm?

It's been going on for years, the only difference is that it's being publicised.

I don't really know. I know idiots that have sex in high school. Some that don't.

The reasoning behind this is perfectly rational.
The government and organizations that give out free condoms and such realise that they can't stop people having sex. And can only give them every opportunity to do it safely without any consequences such as pregnancy and STD's.
Every Thursday at my college they give out free condoms in the hall

You cant stop people from having sex, but you can try to help stop people having unprotected sex.

As long as they understand and use protection then I find it fine. Anything from 14/15 up and I find it fine.

I dont see whats wrong with it tbh. Its just evolution. Also pleasure.

Thought condoms were free everywhere? Anyways, The main reason is population control. Most people will say stds, But we have over 7billion people on the planet now. We're screwed.

Kids and some teenagers start to develop addictions with pornography and them addictions make them develop very bad urges but it's good to exploit those urges just don't do it all the time.

You may see it that way, but it's not really promoting. Don't you think it would be a bit weird if a 12 year old went in one of those shops and bought a funky toy? I certainly do that's why it's not allowed until you are 18. But allowing condoms at any age, they don't really require a set age... If a guy and girl want to have sex they should have the right to go and buy a condom. Which they do, it's not promoting it whatsoever it stops pregnancies.
