Okay so I got it today hooked it up everything is working until I open the software i look at the screen and its slow i went to bo2 and on my software screen i was still in the psn menu what can i do to make it faster ideas ?

Look at the bottom. It says Live. Click that.

ANother thing is is does look slow sometimes. But when your record, it compensates and comes out good. So either way it shouldn't be anything major to worry about!

is it slow on your tv or pc?

because its suppose to be delayed back on your pc
