I personally would wait to see if they drop it lower. Horizon has been out almost 6 months...but it's your call.

I know this is old as ****, but it is worth getting it. you get some decent cars gifted to you :p but it sucks other people can't see them unless they are vip as well :/ so in a way it is pointless unless you like the tunes they put on the cars lol
