The people who do this are really creepy

This method is sniffing out someones IP with a simple program called Cain and Abel.

Its not hard and i wouldn't recommend it as its illegal.

If you want to protect your identity look up on buying a VPN (Virtual Private Network).

Yeah you can do that on Xbox very easily.

But it don't give the exact address, it gives the address like 1 mile from where they actually live.

if you do this you are very creepy indeed

Cain is never down and it's not considered illegal until you do more than that.

Its easy to do but no point in doing it.

Okay so you know where they live by their IP....your point being? The likely-hood is that this person's IP is far away from where your friend lives, otherwise there would be no need to find out his IP because if he lived near to you then you could just go to his house in person...
