I believe there used to be a way to trick the system into a two day ban, but now that's patched.

So no, there's no way to get banned anymore.

There is a new way now, I am hoping to get unbanned now

nope, there used to be a way a few years ago but that is long since patched. your best bet is calling microsoft and telling them someone stole your account and got it banned.
