Okay try to remove the jailbreak. If you made a back-up replace your back-up with your current files. If that doesn't work just remove Cydia normally. If not try contacting Apple or your carrier who sold you the phone.

Load up cydia on iOS 6 jailbreak and go to download a tweak on cydia. I click download and install then instead of going through all the packages, the black download box is empty and almost freezes. I therefore have to cancel and cannot download any tweak..
