This doesn't work. It says you've been temporarily banned, but you can wait a week and try to sign in again, and it will stay say 12-31-9999.

I doubt this would work, they wouldn't be that stupid, they would check to see if that account is already banned before handing out another 'ban'.

No one views the account and bans it, it's an auto system that send the ban. Also i'm not the original poster.

This doesn't work and was patched ages ago there not even showing there account unbanned after doing it . IT DOES NOT WORK Ive done this and you get an email but it does not replace your current ban just adds

If you think it works your DUMB because it doesn't got patched in early 2012

You can NOT File complaint on a banned gamertag(12-31-9999) It will not work for this reason.

Ex. Say you got banned for swearing. Now your banned for 48 hours(2days) and that same day you got banned for motto abuse which is 24 hours(1day). In 24 hours you will be unbanned from Xbox Live and now can go online and play, but you're still banned from talking to people for another day because 48-24=24. Its the same way with 12-31-9999 That is counting down so a 24 hour ban for a motto abuse will last one day so now you have one less day from the 12-31-9999 ban.
