THIS IS ONE LIE: THIS IS NOT A NEW CLAN. IT HAS BEEN REOPENED.


LCES has reopend under a new commissioner.
The person incharge along with many others use to be in Delta Force. However they left as a result of not getting their way.

One member who I believe is a senior member of this clan recently left delta force when he was showing real signs of a 'Do as I say, Not as I do' type of guy.
This member left as he was continuously reprimanded for being hypocritical when he reprimand other lower ranking officers for their failures of driving and yet when I ask him about his driving, He states he is fine.
Yes I recently set him up as I wanted to see if he was honest and trustworthy and a possible likely candidate for a higher rank.

Delta Force insists on ensuring that ALL OFFICERS including Commissioner follow the rules which have been set out clearly on our rules page. The Commissioner in patrols regualarly check up on members to ensure that they are following the correct practical procedures. Also monitoring their leadership skills within major incidents and other areas where decisions and reprimands would be necessary.

The Leader, IronHead1999, is 13. He is online earlier and gets off later due to school. So as you can imagine, not often can those people within EST/CST Time zones can attend as GMT time is 5 hours in ahead of America times.
The leader has a job on his hands as the people he also took from delta force were actually the ones that I (The Commissioner) Had to reprimand often as the couldnt:
- Follow Orders
-Follow the rules
- Unable to enforce the rules
- Unable to drive cars correctly

Most of them also couldnt attend patrols at a later time due to their age and the fact the have school the next morning..
So if you want a clan where decisions may be made without members feedback or without any justification please join these.

Also please note that LCES is continously open and closed as leaders either cannot be bothered, or simply cannot get members to join.
And bare in mind those 24 members:
at leader 8 were in delta force, those who were simply incompetent, bad leaders etc.

I advise those who intend on joining a police role play clan NOT TO JOIN THIS CLAN. You wil not gain much and you would possibly be wasting your time.

We have many divisions and leadership opportunities for those who are capable or want to lead teams. Delta Force supports those new recruits when entering the clan to assist that person to adapt to the rules and policies and the way we run things.
