I agree with you 100%. ive benn playing cod since cod4 came out and now i hardley evver touch my copy of black ops2. it is super boring now. its the same thing year after year.

I sometimes get bored of COD but in a month or 2 im back on it.

This sounds odd, but I could spend all day playing fifa even though it's kicking a little white ball around a screen as oposed to call of duty.

Because I've been a call of duty fan for around six years, it all gets to familiar, the screaming children, the annoying factors, the awful maps, the large pricetag for the map packs.

But, at the end of the day, whenever I do play it I do enjoy it.

I love playing video games. They never get boring to me!

At one point a while ago, I also kind of felt this slump for gaming. All it took was to expand my gaming horizons a bit. Playing the same shooters year after year gets boring for anybody. Taking a break with JRPGs, RTS, and Racing games are the perfect refresher for your gaming habits, or try out sandbox games with friends such as Garry's Mod and Minecraft. The only shooter I'm still consistently playing on Xbox is Gears 3, the rest are all different genres.

im just hoping the new consoles will bring a kick back to the gaming world because im just getting bored

Gaming is getting boring.. I agree. I'm just looking forward to GTA V, then i'll probably sell my equipment.

This right here is the best thing to do. It will help you out especially when your getting to a point where you find it very broing.

Gotta admit... Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3 were the best games of their time.... Especially Halo 3.
