so my computer likes to freeze for about 2-4 second when i do almost anything. this includes youtube (ill click on a video, it goes to the page, freezes for a few second and then starts the video. ill pause it and when i unpause it will freeze for a few seconds and resume) and essentially every other website. im trying to get back into runescape and its unbearable (it seems like every 5 seconds itll freeze for 3 second.)

i have been running my antivirus and antimalware and have gotten a few viruses off. ive also updated my drivers, which seemed to help quite a bit.

any suggestion? i have no idea what else to do :/
