If it were to happen, it would most likely not be like the zombies we see on popular TV shows and games. I believe it would be a lot more like the man in Florida (It was Florida, right?) who ate another man. The dead coming back to life is a really dumb thought, like something of a 60's horror movie. However, zombies in the sense of craving human flesh is possible. Although, it would probably be a result in a failed experiment of some sort. I also do not believe it would be a world-wide pandemic and it would be taken care of very quickly and easily with the technology we have in the world today.

I interpreted it as him saying that there will never be zombies, or if they do come about, it will be because of some weird ass reason.

My science teacher does believe there is a chance of 1 happening. But I don't see why bees would do anything to stop it from happening. It was either my teacher is half **** retarded, or Albert Einstein is.
