I have just started League of Legends (LoL) and i would like
to know who i can refer because otherwise it would be a waste so
comment who i could refer and hope to see you on the game.

If you mean when it asks who referred you to the game, would you mind using my summoner name? Because when you reach Level 5 it rewards me 250 IP, and when you reach Level 10 it rewards me 500 RP. My summoner name is "lgnotus". The "l" is a lowercase L.
