Hi, I've recently built a new computer but my old hard-drive won't work with it (I think it's to do with the drivers for the old hardware) so I need to COMPLETELY wipe it. Anyone know how? Any help is appreciated

What I'm getting from this is you plug it in and nothing happens? Try something like [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] but don't format. Should be similar with windows 7 or whatever OS you're running.

Nope. I have a Completely new comp. Old harddrive with drivers from old comp. When I plug in harddrive to new comp it says unable to find windows or something :/

If it says "unable to find operating system", you have to reinstall windows using either your recovery disk ( if you bought a prebuilt computer ) or your installation disk ( if you bought windows seperately )

Go back to your old computer, plug the drive in, and follow these steps: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
