No it is not patched, you just cant do it if a guest is signed in.....

Yes, however You do the glitch differently anyways. You have to have the co host aka the one who backs out to have a lobby going(must be set to how the game will be hosted propper settings not just map and game type) then you join and while it says joining he ends game but you need to join via searching for players.........

wait i think i understand, you have friend go ionto custom games, do the glitch as normal, then when it has worked, and your friends have joined the host backs out and joins again?
