I decided to make a post for the people who want help on making decent Gaming PCs for a decent budget. I have a $650 budget PC, $750 budget PC, $900 budget PC and 2 PCs that are fantastic and include popular cases.
NOTE: I made up these lists when items were on sale. They might be over the limit.

The fact that you are using a z77 board with a 3220 is proof that this list isn't very thought out. Use a B75-P45 from MSI and a Core 3000 and you can use the savings for upgrading other parts.
Also, the fact that one would even think about a i7 for a LGA 1155 build is a little peculiar. i5-3570K does the job well.
The overpriced mobos in the higher range are very well, overpriced. The Z77 Extreme 4 will do the job fine.
