I also was extremely surprised to see how fast they came out with a release date. That leads me to believe that they have had a second team or something working on it for longer than we think, because there is no way that they could make a quality game as complicated as AC is in a year. In fact, I really hope they had a second team working on it for longer than we think, because I really hope this wasn't a rushed piece of crap.

The best game was AC2 because it was so thought out and spread out from the first one. Now it seems like the same game over and over.

You have to remember the different teams and stages a game goes through.
- Planning
- Idea
- Concept
- Design Idea
- Production
- Design
- Programming
- Level, art and audio design
- Then they have deadlines and standards
- Alpha phaze
- Final Code
- Beta
- Code release to manufacturer
- Gold Master (Final version)
You have to think that as soon as the first few steps are done they are onto the next version of the game.

I've gone to calling it:
Assassin's Creed 4: The Search for More Money
because hey, it's entirely true! They need to stop shelling out new games as much as Activision tosses out CoD games.

Assassins creed never fails to impress but yes I do think they need to slow down on new releases, they should wait maybe 2 years before creating a new one, as it would be more talked about and everyone would be more excited knowing after 2 years they are releasing a new one, my opinion
