is anybody else having trouble buying it everytime i buy it its says sorry theres a problem with the xbox service try again later

I have already bought it, there was no problem for me.

And yes, I do beleave it is worth it.

This Gears has 600 Levels, without the PERMANENT 2x XP from the VIP Pass, it would literally take forever to rank up Most Likely!

Also, you get some pretty awesome stuff from it.

Probably 120 msp per camo. Pretty sure that's what Gears 3 camos cost.
