The only 2 things I know that they could check:

Seeing you playing the demo earlier then everyone else

or

Microsoft could check download history to see if you actually downloaded it via code

About 15 mins ago there were 95 people playing. A lot of them are from Mexico where the beta was released early. I seriously doubt MS will go through each person to see if they got it legit.

Either way for me I'm using a second account and xbox just in case.

the download works! press x to close the thing with the telphon number than wait 60 seconds
