No, if both of you are signed in on the same Xbox (which you have to do to license transfer) then they can't do anything since license transferring is not breaking the rules. And after the transfer is complete you guys shouldn't have to worry about anything because the ID's are set to his account and you still have yours. They shouldn't be able to tell after it's done.

so i give him my account he does licence transfer then he will use his gt on his xbox and i will play on my gt on my xbox and no one will get banned

If it even still works, then yes. License Transferring was put there by Xbox, you're allowed to do it.but it says on furums via google that you can be banned for it..

it would only work on your profile singned in on his xbox ...... i did this for my son the other day

Bro, I've license transferred so many times to get stuff for free and I've never been banned or suspended on that account. Half the people that I know have done it multiple times as well and nothing has happened.

u can license transfer almost everything but the season pass
