1) Watch the Walking Dead season 3 from the beginning.
2) Fast way to heal a pulled hamstring (injured it doing sprints).

Yes to the walking dead question but i cant tell you how and yes to the hamstring issue. Use heat packs and sleep a lot. Should heal faster than normal

Yeah I've been looking all over for season 3 and I've already looked at how to treat a pulled hamstring, I just wanted to see if anyone had some advice on how to heal it quickly. Thanks!
