Hey TTG, I have a jasper that just refuses to boot well. It turns on every 50 tries or so. The power button can be pushed and it turns on, but the green lights do not spin around to confirm the boot. I am wondering if this is a bad solder job or if I need to put a new boot image on my xbox. I do have soldering skills and would be happy to provide pictures. When the jtag decides to boot, everything works fine as it should. If someone could help me find a fix for this it would be great.

Thanks,
Itouchmaniac

This is a little late but i'll ask a few questions anyways. Is it a JTAG or RGH? Also, if it is RGH, is it RGH2 or RGH1? Either way, post images of the install and i'll see if I can help you. If it is RGH2, It's more than likely CPU_RST. (Pad D on Coolrunner)
Post the wire routing for pad D and i'll reply asap.

When I purchased the Jtag I was in belief it was a jtag. It could be an RGH, I am a noob to the matter at hand. I will get images up asap. What do you need to see?

Alright I found out that the board is called a 360 squirt. If you have heard anything about this chip it would be great to get some info. If another chip works consistently, I will go ahead and buy the whole kit. For the TX Coolrunner, does the bootup work at least 80% of the time?
