Maybe you are right, this was initially confirmed as all the prestige challenges, but it has now changed to not confirmed. Basically i expect it to be another case of IW fukin up as usual.

Thats one gonna be tough to get since it was confirmed and know not confirmed it sucks b/c it would be cool to have that and be able to get if you dont have to be 10th prestige

IW should really confirm on what you have to do to obtain it, if you can at all...

You have to complete ALL the prestige challenges including both prestige challenges on every single weapon (2500 kills and 1000 headshots) and all the challenges in the Prestige bracket. It has yet to be confirmed because very few if anyone has ever been THAT much of a completionist. You have any idea how hard it is to get a headshot with a Stinger or a Javelin better yet a thousand of them? Nuff said

And refering to the way that you could mod and access all the titles and emblems, there was a way that you could do it through a transfer cable, but they fixed that a while back with the 2nd patch i believe. I wish it was still possible though.

You fail so bad dude lol, Stinger can only lock on vehicles and the Javelin can only lock on walls or vehicles so you will NEVER get a headshot with a Stinger, and more than likely never get a headshot with a Javelin unless your damn lucky. You need 1000 Multi-kills, check your challenges

its not headshots with launchers...its multi kills...so dub - multi kills with launchers. and there is also no multi kills with stingers only taking down choppers...also the hack was to get all titles and emblems but that 1....

My mistake, I was wrong and i apologize for the wrong info. i just rechecked. Each gold prestige weapon tab usually requires 1,000 headshots, but i just rechecked the launchers and it is "Kill 2 or more enemies 1,000 times with this weapon" Still pretty hard to to especially with the Stinger. And the info is still sketchy on that one. So basically right now, just short of hacking it, the spinning 10P emblem is damn near impossible to get.
