I like the idea ,I think its a great way to pull players together but i do see one small teething problem .
You are in fact recruiting lone wolves who are used to playing alone and not as a team.
For a team to work the team need to know how each other play and the point im getting to is .., This data base of players (which im in favour for),how often would any of us ever get to play in the same team ?.
Is a team full of strangers a team at all ?.

I understand what you mean. I was hoping to try convert you to a "Team Player." Maybe, because you never play as a team player because not many people on Battlefield has enforced you to play as a lone wolf? That's what happened with my friend but now we play tactical all the time!
