The past 2 halos have disappointed me with the ranking systems and I heard rumors of a skill based ranking system coming soon

While it would be nice for a skill based multiplayer, i doubt they would implement it now. Plus its not Bungie who are making the game anymore its completely different people running the franchise.

I heard that the ranking would only be seen via Waypoint and not in the actual game? This is old news for me though, will there actually be RANKING like the Halo 2 days?
