I would recommend erasing those videos from your YouTube channel which you created because you needed help with something. For example, the video you uploaded regarding your Xbox 360 problems.

Nobody's going to subscribe to your channel because of those sorts of videos. As for the YouTube channel itself, try making it more appealing, such as adding a YouTube background to your channel, and set the 'Featured' tab as your primary tab, instead of 'Browse Videos'.

Maybe take the time to add a description/about me section to your YouTube channel too, just to give YouTubers an insight into who you are and the sorts of videos you're going to be uploading. Try to upload unique gaming videos also, as this helps, instead of uploading YouTube tutorials which have been submitted by numerous YouTube channels (not saying you're doing this, but many people do it).
