Actually the admins and moderators have been doing
a good job with this section recently. This forum isn't as bad as it was a few month's ago. The staff do the best they can, if you think about it they get thousands of reports a day, and there is probably over 500 topics posted in this forum each day.
By the way staff always take down these types of topics.

I know, It's annoying and no.. They've "done" a good job, they've just randomly stopped.
