Dont exactly know what youre trying to say.
But if you send them your steam log info they can play the games youve bought but only why youre offline.

You cant "Just send them to him so he can play them" He could torrent them from thetechgame.org or share a steam account

Add CraigHearneBoii on steam and click his profile and send gift and gift him your most expensive game and it will send to the other friend.

Anyways op, you can't send just any game to your friend. What you have to do is view an item in your inventory and send it as a gift to your friend. If what you're looking for isn't in there, you can't send it to him, unless you rebuy the game as a gift and send it to them then.

you cant just give some one games you gift
step 1 add to cart then select purchase as a gift
