No professional here but, I believe at the bottom of the download page in the appstore for Real Racing 3 there are requirments listed. You may not have the space to download the app as it is almost 700mb. You may have a too old of a device and the hardware is not powerful to handle Real Racing 3. Hope I helped a bit. Good luck.
