Delta Force is a police role play clan on TBOGT. We are organised and committed with many opportunities including leadership and training.

A Bit about me:

I am the Clan Commissioner for Delta Force, I have had participated as a leader within previous clan but failed due to being too soft and letting people get away with many things. However, I created Delta Force Limited with a friend as a result of him and other previous clan members persuading me to open up as they enjoyed their time. Delta Force is now a STRICT BUT FAIR, ORGANISED clan with many opportunities. I like opinions from my members and often take these onboard and try to adapt these to Delta Force. Members are promoted on the basis of observations and listening skills so the people I promote I know do a good job and are competent. People within the rank structure are given the opportunity to take any reprimanding/Demotions/Promotions in their own hands depending on their rank. If one wishes to be promoted, they can fill out a promotion request form on our website. I opened Delta Force not only due to persuasion but also because I want my members to have their opinions and ideas shared throughout the clan so we can use them within the clan. I want members to agree on new things which get implemented for example, a new rank structure was implemented yesterday and was agreed by the overall majority of Delta Force members. Recently LCES clan which was run by Cod Star 2134 requested to merge with us to enable them to gain support from me and my senior officers. This branch is called: DELTA FORCE- LCES. This idea was then suggested to move this idea and extend it out to other gamers who want to be a leader but doesnt have the time or other reasons to run a BIG clan. And in all fairness, I started running this clan within minimal help, due to the size, I have had to appoint, 5 other senior officers to help run the clan. I cant take all the credit. Its theyre had work too.
Just to clarify this post, I will ASK all my members to post their story and opinion of delta force. Just so you know that choosing Delta Force, if an excellent choice.

elta Force had the following divisions:

Local Police Division: This division is the first step for all new officers of the Delta Force. You will go through training to understand the radio communications within the clan and how we go about operational activities such as pursuits and traffic stops. You will have the opportunity to undertake other training such as Motorcycle Response Officer and Prisoner Transport Officer.

Air Support Division: For members wanting to become involved in Air Support. You will be allowed to undertake ASD training. You will be taught our landing, Take off and flying procedures within the clan. You will be additionally be gaining experience and training in Pursuing suspects in different environments and situations. As part of the ASD you will be required to participate in a rota regarding when you are required to attend a patrol as a Air Support officer or an Standby ASU officer.

Crooks Division: As a Crook, you will firstly have to have previous experience as a police officer. To get into this division, you will be required to produce a incident at the request of Commissioner/ Divisional Commander to demonstrate your improvisation, organisational, drama skills. Now when I say drama, I mean your voice. As a crook, you are required to be as dramatic as possible and make it as realistic as possible to ensure that officers have to use their skills to persuade you to go to safety etc. Once you have successfully completed your entrance requirement, you will go through training to understand different and the variety of scenarios which can be done. You will be part of a rota system to be a crook. ONLY PEOPLE IN THIS DIVISION WILL BE CROOKS.
Training Division: The training division has been created to ensure that courses are constantly developed to the highest standards. We have members within the training session who like to train others. Any member can join this division starting at the rank of CORPORAL.
