Very VERY few people can retrieve information like that with Doxxing.

Passwords are almost impossible to get with Doxxing.

You could of gotten RAT'd or Keylogged and then they got all your personals.

That would be more of the case here.

Turning your router off and turning it back on does not give you a new IP. The only way to get a new IP(generally) is to contact your ISP. Also, that is not the solution to his problem, as he is not complaining about being DDoSed, he is complaining about being doxed. They are two completely different things.

If hes taking money from your paypal account, thats a federal crime, so you should call the police about that.

Other than that, once they have all of your information, theres nothing you can really do other than change what you can.

If he has you infected change your i.p
What I usually do Is type my default i.p in my address bar and change the mac address.

Other than that if he used your paypal account, call paypal and ask them to give you the last address you made a purchase with and then contact the police or something.

Attacking my post count is a bit silly, also, I have 371 posts not 200, not that it changes anything, but it does make you look even more stupid. Also, I think you might be confused about what doxing means, you are thinking of getting somebody's IP address, which can be a part of doxing, but is not necessary. You could use Cain and Abel, for example, to get somebody's IP address. You realize you look like a complete fool, right?
