I am planning on RGH my Jasper 16mb on dashboard 15574. I believe I have everything I need, but for verification, are these tutorials and tools good and do I need anything else.

I would recommend splurging a little bit on the iron as well. Radio shack irons are cheap, (and alright), but a good iron makes a HUGE difference.

I have that one, one of the best investments I've made thus far.

OT yes, that should be all you'll need. Definitely get some flux as well if you don't have any as well.

Actually, you can...they released new .ecc files that allow any console to recover a CPU key, no matter what dashboard

for one they did release the files not tx but people did and if you have never done this before and you are only doing one console send it to a pro.
