I don't believe it does. I think it just increases damage through walls and such.

FMJ has never ever increased bullet damage in any call of duty ever. ever.

As Activez- said it increases the DAMAGE through walls and might increase damage too but idk

No it doesn't. I've tested this out already. Also it really only works effectively with lmg and sniper. It's not a great attachement other than being able to take down scorestreaks faster and with less bullets.
