I have seen a lot of members on TTG asking about Lucid dreaming lately, due to a lot of people not been able to use the search button and not realizing that there is already an official lucid dreaming thread, i thought i would explain lucid dreaming from my point and also add the official thread link in. this thread will updated whenever i can, if you feel as if there is something missing then please, message me or reply on this thread, happy lucid dreaming.

what is lucid dreaming?
a lucid dream is when the person which is having the dream realizes or knows that he/she is dreaming. most people in the world will have a lucid dream at least once in there lifetime.
a lucid dream may be blurry and unclear at first but you can train your subconscious to achieving lucidity every time you fall asleep and the dream is limitless.
the more you practice the more experience you achieve therefore the more control you learn throughout your lucid dream.
the dream world is all just an imagination, your subconscious, this dream world can be manipulated through lucid dreaming and anything can be changed.
for example, environment, people and also objects. you can talk to people in your dream world (may require alot of experience) make objects appear before your hands, see mountains that you wouldn't think possible and many many more different experiences.
a lucid dream can become useful if a person is having nightmares, a nightmare is just in your imagination and this can be manipulated to your liking.
a lucid dream has 'stages' to pass through before the lucid dream takes place, such as sleep paralysis and other stages which you will only acquire by trying yourself, everybody is different, you may have already had lucid dreams.
Also there is a few different techniques to try out for lucid dreaming and also here is a link to the TTG official lucid dreaming thread.
