Even when i turn my computer my graphics card will overheat, Somebody Help!

What is the brand and model of your GPU? Is everything else working in your machine? It could be your power supply. Also has this happened before to anything else in your build?

Nvidia GTX 660 Ti, And i have a 500W Power Supply And No Its Just My Graphics Card.

At stock clocks, it's probably not going to overheat under any circumstances within reason. What are the temps you're getting?

then where it says fan speed uncheck auto then turn it up a little more

with the given information i would say quickly download evga precision x configure it and crank up the fan speed on ur card. it may be noisy but uno, it works. Although unless you messed with your clock speeds this should not be happening, especially if its right when you turn on your computer.. somethings not right.. obviously..
