Nice logos, however, you forgot to include a third option within your community voting poll.

Anyway, I would have to go with the second logo; the orange colour seems out of place on the first design. You should try using a different image, rather than the original Xbox 'X'.

They all look pretty low quality and just don't hit the nail on the head... they generally look rather novice work on looking at the older ones and how clean and easy to see what's going on it them, that'll help you.

1st looks the best to me.

2nd seems like there is something off about it.

3rd might like better with black background.
