Alright to start off i haven't used my xenon jtag in a while... i decided to download Dash Launch. It asked me to install the program so I did.. my xbox freezes and i was forced to shut down. now when i turn it on It just sits there on the xbox logo screen when i hit the menu button it just says "Fatal Crash Intercepted" this did not happen before and need Suggestions, tips, or any way this can be fixed... thanks in advance

My best advice would be to re-flash to a previous NAND, will your console boot into Xell? If not I hope you have your CPU key etc. written down.

Do You Mean in the 360 flash tool on my pc or the flash360 on my jtag?

The tool on your pc, where you connect your xbox to your computer using the Nand-x or whatever you use.

Sorry for this but I just flashed it plugged it in and was on the dashboard i hit xexmenu and it just froze and wont open up any suggestions this time? lol

Umm re-install xex menu. Also I would un-install Dashlaunch until you get all the kinks worked out. There is also a small chance of it being a hardware error (due to the console being so old) but I have my xenon and it works fine so I would not worry too much, just a warning though I'll help you out as much as I can but were getting into the realm here where I will soon have no idea what I am talking about :p

Ok I Just went to uninstall XeXmenu and "Fatal Crash Intercepted" pops up in my screen goes black.. any way i could fix this?
