They took off that option. Only staff can do it.
But if you hover over the link, it shows a preview.

It use to automatically do it, but now only staff can. It sucks, I wish they would bring this back.

Staff has said there working on a new feature for everyone to post them again. But it might take a while, but until now you'll have to post your picture in form of a link.
