i had my forza profile on a usb flash drive,

one day, i wemt on forza 4 and it would load my flash drive, and i go on the xbox storage interface and it says i need to format it.

i went on modio to see if my xbox was being funny and it would locate it,
so i went into the drive manually and there is just a folder called:
USBC

i belive it is corupted, is there any way i can get my saves back?
