Okay so i'llexplain exactly how this error occured first so you have the most information.
Simply got onto my xbox 360 MW3 Edition which was purchased just before christmas (not the christmas that just passed the one before) so the system was only 2 years old. So I get on and everything is normal and fine I do what I always, do just boot up blops 2 right away and than start up the search games.
During a SnD game on mirage game of blops 2, about 1 hour into gaming I hit the middle X button on my controller, I think I was just going to check my friends list.
Once this menu opened up I never had a chance to move the highlighted portion to my friends list or anything. Right away it semmed my controller stopped responding but the LED's were still on. I tried taking the battery pack out than putting it back in and still no response...
So at this point I figure the problem is BLOPS2 since it is glitchy and is the only game I have been on where I my xbox might freeze once in a while. So I saw a guy coming at me from the boarder still being shown of the game in the background. I did not want him getting a free kill so I hit my xbox power button to re boot.
At this point I hear a few grinding noises in my box as it turns off. I turned it back on and boom E68.
Problem only persists with my 320gb hard drive in the xbox I would like to know if there is anyway of fixing the harddrive or if anyone knows a really cheap place on the net to pick up another 320gb.
EDIT: Forgot to mention I have played games a long time I know how to treat my stuff well and I keep my box horizontal on a wooden floor so it sohuld have good ventilation since nothing is around it.
