So I was wondering on how do I remove my disc drive and not have the blinking LED on the RF Module. I need my disc drive out so I can add fans to my JTAG for extra cooling.. Can somebody please give me a tut on how to stop the green led blinking when I remove my disc drive from my jTAG???

I believe that if you remove the drive but keep the wires plugged into the motherboard, the light should stop blinking.

theres not a way to stop it. you could buy longer cords off ebay and use your drive externaly.(:

It's different with different motherboards. Some motherboards detect that there is no disc drive and fail to boot up, some do not detect it and boot up as normal.
